Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb grnd beef, sausage & /or possibly pepperoni
- 1/4 x minced onion
- 1 x (4 ounce) can mushrooms & /or possibly 4 ounce can black olives
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 c. pizza sauce (or possibly 8 ounce can tomato sauce, 1 tsp oregano & 1/4 tsp pepper)
Directions
- Brown beef or possibly sausage and drain, set aside. Lightly grease & flour pizza pan.
- Combine crust ingredients:Crust Batter1 c. flour1 tsp salt1 tsp oregano1/8 tsp pepper2 eggs2/3 c. lowfat milk
- Mix till smooth. Pour into pan & tilt to cover bottom. Top with sauce and favorite toppings. Bake 30 min at 425 F. Sprinkle with cheese & return to oven 10 min.
