Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Peppercorns
  • 2 pkt Dry crab boil
  • 1 c. Liquid crab boil
  • 1 Tbsp. Warm sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
  • 8 x New potatoes
  • 4 x Corn ears
  • 2 x Lemons
  • 4 x Onions
  • 2 x Garlic heads
  • 4 x Celery stalks halved crosswise
  • 5 lb Crawfish Melted butter for serving

Directions

  1. In a large stockpot with a removable basket and tight-fitting lid bring 3 gallons water to a boil and add in salt, peppercorns, crab boil, warm sauce and seasoning. Cover pot and bring back to a boil. Add in remaining ingredients except crawfish, cover and cook 5 min. Add in crawfish, stir well and cover. Turn off heat and let sit for 15 to 20 min. Ladle crawfish and vegetables onto a large platter or possibly deep bowls and serve with melted butter.
