  1. Beat large eggs till fluffy, add in sugar. Stir in oil, vanilla, zucchini, pineapple and cranberries. Sift dry ingredients. Stir into large eggs along with nuts and raisins. Put into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
