Cranberry Sauce (low sugar, if desired) Recipe
Fresh cranberry sauce at its best. I use orange juice so that I don't need to add so much sugar. Love it!

Directions
1.
Combine the orange juice and 1/2 cup of sugar in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium-low heat.
2.
Stir in the cranberries and return to a boil. Lower heat to a simmer and stir occasionally (and gently) while simmering for about 15 minutes, or until all the berries have popped.
3.
Remove from heat and add additional sugar to the cranberry sauce if you desire.
4.
Refrigerate until you are ready to serve. I prefer to bring it closer to room temperature for serving myself.
