Ingredients
- 2 c. raw cranberries
- 1 sm onion
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish
Directions
- Grind the cranberries and the onions together, and then add in everything else. Mix it up and freeze it. Thanksgiving morning, move it from the freezer to the refrigerator so which it can thaw out a little bit. It will be thick, creamy, chunky and shocking pink.
- This recipe makesabout one and a half pints.
