  • 1 pkt Fresh or possibly frzn cranberries, (12-oz)
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 1/2 tsp Grated orange peel

Directions

  1. Combine cranberries and sugar in processor. Using on/off turns, coarsely chop cranberries. Transfer mix to heavy medium saucepan.
  2. Add in 1 c. water and orange peel and bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; simmer till mix is reduced to 2 1/3 c., stirring occasionally, about 10 min. Cold to room temperature. Cover; refrigerateovernight or possibly up to 2 days (mix will thicken).
  3. Makes about 2 1/3 c..
