Cranberry Apple Muffins Recipe

• 1 c. White Flour
• 1/2 c. Whole Wheat Flour
• 1 tsp Baking Soda
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 2 x Large eggs
• 3/4 c. Brown Sugar (packed)
• 1/4 c. Vegetable Oil
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 3/4 c. Diced Tart Apple (Granny Smith is great)
• 3/4 c. Fresh Cranberries
• 1/2 c. Minced Nuts (walnuts or possibly pecans)
