Ingredients
- 2 pkt (3 ounce) raspberry flavor jello, or possibly one 6oz. package
- 1 1/2 x Cran - Apricot Waffles
- 1 pt Raspberry sherbet
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 can (16 ounce.) whole cranberry sauce
Directions
- Dissolve raspberry flavored gelatin in boiling water. Stir in sherbet and lemon juice. Refrigerateif necessary till mix mounds. Mash cranberry sauce slightly with fork. Fold into gelatin mix. Turn mix into 5-c. ring mold. Refrigeratetill hard (at least 8-10 hrs).
