  • 2 Tbsp. Peanut oil
  • 1 med Onion, chopped
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 c. Cooked white rice
  • 8 ounce White crab meat
  • 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 3 x Green onions, sliced lime wedges


  1. Heat oil in a wok, add in the onion and garlic, and stir fry for a minute on high heat. Add in the rice, crabmeat, and fish sauce and heat. Push the rice mix to the side. Add in the Large eggs to the center and while stirring continuously, cook till the Large eggs are half done and then stir the rice into the Large eggs. Add in the green onions just before removing from the heat.
  2. The cooking is a 5 minute process.
  3. Squeeze fresh lime over the finished product and add in Nam Prik sauce as necessary to individual plates.
  4. Serves 4 to 6 Heat scale: Varies according to Nam Prik sauce added
