1/4 c. Carrot, finely shredded
2 Tbsp. Roasted peppers, finely minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 dsh Tabasco sauce
1 pkt (6 ounce) frzn crab meat, cooked, liquid removed

Directions

Can substitute any sweet onion for the Maui onion.
Beat the cream cheese. Add in remianing ingredients except crab and mix well.
Mix in flaked crab. Fills about 2 doz mini cream puffs.
