Ingredients
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1seeded and minced sweet red cherry pepper(from jar of sweet cherry peppers in vinegar)
- 2 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp horseradish
- Dash of Tabasco
- 3/4 lb crabmeat
- 1 hard-boiled egg chopped
- Salt and oepper
- Extra lemon juice to taste
Directions
- In a Lg bowl combine paste and honey, whisk in Mayo, chives, lemon juice, sweet pepper, lemon zest, horseradish, and Tabasco.
- Fold in crabmeat and egg. Add salt and pepper and extra lemon juice to taste. Serve
