Crab Cakes

Wine and Drink Pairings: Sauvignon blanc, Chardonnay, Reisling

Ingredients

5 # Crab Meat
¼ cup Dijon Mustard
1 cup Mayo
5 ea Eggs
4 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
1 bu Green Onions

1 bu Cilantro
1 ea Red Bell Pepper
1 ea Red Onion
1 tsp Cyenne Pepper
2 ea Lemon Zest

Directions

Mix All Ingredients together.
Form into 2 oz patties.
Fry in pan over medium heat.
