Ingredients
- 1 pkt Frzn spinach, minced
- 1 c. Sharp cheese, grated
- 1/4 c. Butter plus
- 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. Onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/8 tsp Curry pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 lb Crabmeat
- 1/2 c. Bread crumbs
Directions

- Cook spinach and drain well. Put in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle cheese over spinach. Heat 1/4 c. butter and saute/fry onions till transparent. Heat the remaining 2 Tbsp. of butter and stir in flour.
- Add in lowfat milk, stirring constantly, till thickened. Add in curry pwdr and salt.
- Stir lemon juice and crabmeat into sauce. Pour over spinach and cheese. Add in bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
