  • 6 slc Bread -- cubed
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 lb Sausage
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese -- shredded
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 6 x Egg
  • 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce

Directions

  1. Preparation Time: 0:45 Night Before:Cook sausage, crumbled, till well done. In butterd 1 1/2 qt casserole, layer bread, sausage and cheese. In a separate bowl, beat lightly rest of ingredients.
  2. Pour over bread, sausage and cheese. Cover and chill overnight. To serve, uncover and bake 45 min at 350 degrees.
