Ingredients
- 6 slc Bread -- cubed
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 lb Sausage
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese -- shredded
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 6 x Egg
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Preparation Time: 0:45 Night Before:Cook sausage, crumbled, till well done. In butterd 1 1/2 qt casserole, layer bread, sausage and cheese. In a separate bowl, beat lightly rest of ingredients.
- Pour over bread, sausage and cheese. Cover and chill overnight. To serve, uncover and bake 45 min at 350 degrees.
