Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or possibly butter
  • 1 1/2 lb chicken tenders cut in 1/2" pcs
  • 2 can cream of potato soup (10 3/4-ounce. ea.)
  • 2 c. frzn corn
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 2 sm onion minced
  • 2 x ribs celery sliced
  • 2 sm carrots sliced
  • 1 tsp dry dill weed
  • 1/2 c. half and half

Directions

  1. Heat margarine in large skillet. Add in chicken; cook till browned. Add in cooked chicken, soup, corn, chicken broth, onions, celery, carrots and dill to slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 3 to 4 hrs or possibly till chicken in no longer pink and vegetables are tender.
  2. Turn off heat; stir in half and half. Cover and let stand 5 to min or possibly just till heated through.
  3. NOTES : For a special touch, garnish soup with croutons and fresh dill.
