Ingredients

  • 1 lrg Field mushroom
  • 1 slc Brown bread
  • 1 x Pork, apple and cider sausage
  • 2 slc Unsalted unsmoked back bacon
  • 1 x Egg Beef dripping Pork chitterlings

Directions

  1. Place a large frying pan over a medium heat and add in some beef dripping. Fry the bread and place in the oven on a very low heat. Fry the mushroom and chitterlings for a few min. Then add in the sausage and after which the bacon.
  2. Put the cooked items in the oven with the bread, and make sure the chitterlings are fried for at least 15 min. Finally fry the egg and serve.
