  1. 1. Take crust off bread and cut in half.
  2. 2. Grease 9x13 pan.
  3. 3. Layer : 1/2 of bread
  4. 1/2 of ham
  5. 1/2 of each cheese
  6. 4. Repeat.
  7. 5. Combine eggs, milk & seasoning and pour over layers.
  8. 6. Refrigerate overnight.
  9. 7. Next day mix corn flakes and butter. Spread over top of pan.
  10. 8. Cook in 375 oven for 45 minutes.
  11. 9. Let stand for 15 minutes.
