Ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce) pkg. lemon Jello
- 1 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. cool water
- 1 c. cream, whipped
- 1 c. liquid removed crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. maraschino cherries, minced
- 1/2 c. pecans, minced
Directions
- Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add in cold water and partially set. Mix in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate several hrs or possibly overnight. Use small curd cottage cheese. Can use pineapple juice in place of cold water. Can also add in marshmallows.
