• 2 lb crab meat (snow crab is best) liquid removed
• 1 c. mayonnaise
• 1/4 c. lemon juice
• 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
• 1 x red onion diced
• 2 piece celery diced
• 2 Tbsp. old bay seasoning
• 1 Tbsp. minced cilantro
• 1 Tbsp. minced garlic Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
• 2 x Large eggs
• 15 x saltine crackers
