Directions

  1. Combine onions, chiles, oregano, tomato sauce, and broth in 1-1/2-qt microproof baking dish. Cover and cook on HIGH (maximum power) 10 min; stir after 5 min. Add in chicken; stir. Set aside. Combine rice and lowfat sour cream in shallow greased 2-1/2-qt microproof baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle with 1 c. Cheddar cheese; pour chicken mix over cheese. Top with remaining 1 c. Cheddar cheese. Cook uncovered on HIGH 5 min.
