Ingredients
- 2 c. biscuit mix
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. half and half
- 1 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 x Large eggs beaten
Directions
- Scald half and half cream with butter and add in to combined mixed dry ingredients.Fold in the Large eggs. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 350 degrees about 30 min or possibly tested done. allow to stand a few min before cutting.
