  • 1 1/3 c. flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 T melted butter
  • 2/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. canned whole corn, liquid removed

Directions

  1. Sift flour, measure and again sift with dry ingredients. Beat egg. Add in lowfat milk and butter. Put together mixtures, add in corn. Preheat iron, pour batter and bake. Serves 6.
