    These are easy to make and absolutely delicious! They are incredibly fresh tasting and flavorful! The kids liked them as much as the adults. We served them as a passed Hors d'oeurve, Would have worked well as a plated dish too. We added kosher salt and fresh ground pepper while frying in light oil. I would recommend that.

        Everyone at the party ate these like chips. Kids too - we loved them. Luckily, there were enough left over for me to steal on my way out. I froze them and ate them all week - (microwaved). Oh My Gosh I love these!!!

                I watched an easy way to catch the kernels of corn. Use bunting pan, place the cob on the center peak. Scrape the kernels & they fall into the bunting pan for less mess.
