Ingredients

  • 6 ounce macaroni
  • 12 ounce corned beef brisket, canned, cubed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. lowfat milk, optional
  • 1/2 c. minced onions
  • 1 c. bread crumbs, buttered, Or possibly
  • 1 c. potato chips, crushed

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni in boiling salted water, drain and rinse. Set aside.
  2. Combine all other ingredients except bread crumbs.
  3. Alternate beef mix with layers of macaroni in greased 2 qt casserole. Top with buttered bread crumbs or possibly crushed potato chips.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
