- 1 lrg Mango -- peeled and diced
- 2 c. Blueberries -- fresh
- 2 med Bananas -- sliced
- 2 c. Strawberries -- fresh, sliced
- 2 c. Seedless Grapes
- 2 med Nectarines -- peeled and sliced
- 1 med Kiwi Fruit -- peeled and sliced Honey Orange Sauce:
- 1/3 c. Orange Juice -- fresh squeezed
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1/4 tsp Ginger -- grnd
- 1 dsh nutmeg
Directions
- Prepare the fruit. Combine all ingredients for sauce and mix. Just before serving, pour Honey Orange Sauce over fruit.
