Cool-A-Coo Dessert Bars Recipe

If you’ve ever been to Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, then you’ve heard of this famous Cool-A-Coos are an ice cream sandwich which consists of oatmeal cookies and vanilla ice cream in between. But let’s not stop there–it’s also dipped in To the best of my knowledge, Dodger Stadium was the only place you could get them, and I’m not even sure you can get them there anymore. It’s been a long time since I’ve been out in Los Angeles and saw a Dodgers game. I remember when these guys were in Brooklyn at Ebbets Field, but I digress and show my Anyway, I thought of these again after seeing a re-run of The King of Queens. They were supposedly at Shea Stadium and wanted to buy a Cool-A-Coo. That’s a dead giveaway…
