Ingredients
- 1 pkt (1 lb.) chocolate sandwich cookies, divided
- 2 tsp butter, melted
- 4 pkt (8 ounce each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 x Large eggs
Directions
- Place 20 of the cookies in food processor container; cover. Process till finely grnd. Add in butter; mix well. After lining the pan with foil, press onto bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Coarsely chop remaining 15 cookies. Set aside.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with electric mixer till well blended. Add in Large eggs; mix till blended. Stir in 1/1/2 c. of the reserved minced cookies.
- Pour into crust. Sprinkle with remaining minced cookies Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min or possibly till center is almost set. Cold. Chill 3 hrs or possibly overnight. Cut into bars.
