Directions

  1. Crust: In a medium saucepan, combine butter and brown sugar. Melt together over medium heat, stir until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool down to warm.
  2. Add eggs, vanilla extract, stir until mixed. Add flour, salt, chocolate chips and stir completely.
  3. Spread over bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
  4. Cheesecake: Mix cream cheese until creamy, add sugar, flour, vanilla extract and heavy whipping cream. Add eggs, mix well.
  5. Pour cheesecake layer over cookie dough.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, until cheesecake is firm.
  7. Cool completely and refrigerate overnight.
