  • 1 pkt 16 ounce frzn cauliflower
  • 1 pkt 16 ounce frzn broccoli
  • 6 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 4 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt Fresh grnd pepper to taste Healthy pinch of sugar

Directions

  1. Cook cauliflower and broccoli according to package directions. drain, rinse with cool water. drain well and set aside. combine remaining ingredients in a jar, cover and shake vigorously. combine with vegetables, toss gently.
  2. Cover and chill several hrs.
