    My mother who is 82 years young lives wih my husband and myself, she is lactose intolerant and has an egg allergy. Therefore it is so hard to find recipes that contain neither of these. I have tried online for recipes containing eggless and dairy free and invariably the recipies contain one or both. It would be wonderful to have a cookbook that I could use to make her meals, desserts etc that she can enjoy.
