Congo Bars are a delicious  dessert bars that are loaded with nuts and chocolate I have tweaked this  recipe by replacing some of the flour with whole wheat.  You can use other nuts as well like pecan or Don't have chocolate chips at the moment so substitute it with chocolate rice (sprinkles) instead.   Sadly, manage to add  about half a cup of the sprinkles since that was what I have.  It would look nice if you sprinkle the chocolate chips also on These Congo Bars came out well and easy to handle,  used a spoon to level it out.   I found these bars  are pretty sweet,  would reduce the sugar further, but this is my personal Other  bars recipe you should check How to bake No Sugar Date Oatmeal…
