Ingredients
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 4 ounce Canadian bacon salt and pepper to taste
- 1 loaf white bread
- 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
- 1 pkt Hollandaise sauce, packet
Directions
- Preheat oven to 3750176. Whisk Large eggs and water together. Chop bacon in small pcs. Combine with egg mix. Season to taste. Lightly spray saute/fry pan with vegetable oil spray. Place egg mix in pan and cook and scramble Large eggs over medium heat. Place a scant Tbsp. of cooked egg mix in the center of a piece of bread. Place second piece of bread on top and cut into a 3" circle. Heat butter till it liquefies; don't boil. Brush the tarts lightly with melted butter.
- Bake on baking stone for 10 - 12 minute or possibly till golden. Prepare sauce according to package directions. Drizzle sauce over tarts or possibly dip tarts in the sauce. Serve hot.
