Ingredients
- 2 c. peaches, cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 1 c. blueberries
- 1 c. blackberries
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice healthy pinch of salt Streusel Topping
- 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar healthy pinch of cinnamon
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp. pecans, toasted Preheat oven to 350 F.
Directions
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Divide proportionately among six 8 ounce. ovenproof baking dishes and sprinkle with Streusel Topping.
- Bake in oven for 30 min or possibly till topping is golden brown.
- Best served hot, topped with your favorite ice cream.
- Streusel Topping: Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor, fitted with the metal blade, and pulsate till the butter is thoroughly combined and the mix is the size of peas.
