Directions

  1. Wash, and hull strawberries. place in food processor and puree.
  2. In seperate bowl-beat egg yolks with sugar, add in flour, vanilla, milk- blending with wire whisk.
  3. Place in saucepan and bring to a boil stirrign with whisk or wooden spoon continuously. Right before i begins to boil remove from heat and stir in pureed strawberries.
  4. Slice Colomba and serve with cream sauce on top of slice
