Ingredients
- 6 c. shredded cabbage
- 1/2 c. grated carrot
- 2 T grated onion
- 1 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 2 T wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
Directions
- Put together cabbage, carrot and onion. Separately put together remaining ingredients. Pour over cabbage and toss well. Chill for several hrs.
