Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh thin Asian wheat noodles
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt Chile oil to taste
- 2 x green onions, sliced
- 1/2 c. minced cilantro
- 1/4 c. toasted pine nuts, optional
Directions
- Cook noodles in pot of boiling water till tender.
- Mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt and chili oil. Add in green onions, cilantro and pine nuts. Toss noodles with dressing, and serve.
