Directions

  1. Cook rice as directed except omit butter. Cool. Add in other ingredients, except artichokes, (but include marinade). Mix together, then add in artichoke pcs. Refrigerate. Serves 5 or possibly 6.Curry pwdr and black pepper are to taste (or possibly optional). I add in more green onions.
