1/4 c. Sugar
2/3 c. Lowfat milk
1 x Egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. Melted butter
1/2 c. Minced nuts
1/3 c. Recip-ease baking mix
1/2 c. Brown sugar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 Tbsp. Chilled butter

Directions

COFFEE CAKE: Preheat oven to 350 deg f. Grease 9" pan. Combine all ingredients except for streusel topping in a mixing bowl. Blend well. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with streusel topping. Bake for 20 to 25 min. STREUSEL TOPPING: Mix ingredients till crumbly.
