1 box angel food cake mix
1 T powdered instant coffee
1/2 c. butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
3-4 T lowfat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
2 teaspoon instant coffee

Directions

Prepare mix according to package directions; add in instant coffee to cake flour mix before adding egg whites. Bake as directed.
Cream butter. Add in salt and sugar. Gradually add in lowfat milk and sugar and flavoring. Beat till light and fluffy. Add in instant coffee; mix well. Frost cake. Sprinkle cake with 1 1/2 cups sliced almonds.
