Coffe Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe

Ingredients

One (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature 2 tablespoons evaporated milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon salt 2 cups confectioners’ sugar 4 teaspoons instant coffee or ground espresso beans

Directions

1. In a medium bowl beat together the cream cheese and evaporated milk until smooth.
2. Beat in the vanilla, salt, sugar, and coffee until spreading consistency
