Ingredients

  • 2 2/3 c. Bakers Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 1/2 c. Confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 c. Margarine, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. Warm water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 8 ounce Baker's semi-sweet chocolate melted

Directions

  1. Combine coconut, sugar, margarine, water and vanilla. Mix well.
  2. Shape into small "Large eggs". Let stand to dry. Hold candies on fork and dip quickly in melted chocolate to cover. Let stand till hard.
