A light, flavorful shrimp pasta I created by just experimenting one night for dinner. Perfect for a summer evening!

Directions

  1. Boil linguine pasta, drain and let sit
  2. Melt butter in saucepan
  3. Stir in sugar, egg yolk, water
  4. Cook on medium 5-8 min.
  5. Add 1-2 Tb. Malibu Rum
  6. Squeeze half a lemon saucepan
  7. Pour saucepan over linguine pasta-- enjoy!
