Coconut Milk Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 2 lrg Large eggs
  • 4 c. Canned coconut lowfat milk

Directions

  1. 1. In a bowl beat together the sugar and Large eggs till pale in color, about 5 min. Beat in the coconut lowfat milk.
  2. 2. Freeze in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions. Serve right away or possibly store in the freezer.
