  • 12 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 14 slc Day-old bread
  • 1 pkt (7 ounce) flaked coconut Maple syrup

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, beat Large eggs; add in lowfat milk, sugar and cinnamon. Add in bread, a few slices at a time; let soak for 1 minute on each side. Coat both sides with coconut. Place on greased baking sheets. Bake at 475 for 5 min on each side or possibly till golden and cooked through. Serve with syrup.
