Coconut Candy Bars Recipe

• 4 sqr semisweet chocolate
• 1 stk margarine or possibly butter
• 1 c. Sugar
• 2 x Large eggs, well beaten
• 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
• 1 2/3 c. Flour
• 3/4 tsp Baking soda
• 1/8 tsp Salt
• 1 c. Water
• 14 ounce Coconut, 5 1/3 c. coconut
• 1 can Sweetened condensed lowfat milk
• 3/4 c. Heavy cream
• 2 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter
