Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 2/3 c. Jiffy crunchy peanut butter
Directions
- Wipe sides and bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan with butter - cover pan with Club crackers.
- Put together above and boil gently for 4 or possibly 5 min. Pour over crackers and cover with another layer of Club crackers.
- Heat the above over hot water and spread over crackers to frost. Cool and cut.
