Ingredients

2 c. Biscuit mix (like Bisquick) 1 x Egg

3 Tbsp. Vegetable oil 1 1/3 c. Club soda

Directions

1. This is a*very* easy and very good waffle recipe we have made many times.
2. Mix well. Pour into Belgian waffler for an extra light waffle.
3. Makes fourBelgian waffles.
