%20which%20has%20provided%20me%20with%20Clean%20Eating%20everyday%20recipes%20that%20I%20have%20been%20able%20to%20use%20and%20share%20with%20my%20family.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20have%20been%20so%20excited%20for%20the%20opportunity%20to%20guest%20post%20here%20at%20The%20Gracious%20Pantry.%20Although%20I%20am%20English,%20I%20have%20many%20American%20friends%20and%20during%20my%20life%20have%20had%20the%20pleasure%20of%20trying%20out%20many%20snickerdoodle%20cookies.%20(Oh%20yum!!).%20I%20thought%20it%20would%20be%20cool%20to%20come%20up%20with%20a%20Clean%20Eating%20Snickerdoole%20Cookie%20recipe%20to%20share%20with%20you,%20so%20that%20is%20what%20I%20have%20done!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EClean%20Eating%20Snickerdoodles%20are%20so%20quick%20and%20easy%20to%20make%20and%20they%20taste%20so%20good!%20They%20are%20vegan%20friendly%20and%20gluten%20free%20and%20they%20make%20the%20perfect%20clean%20eating%20treat%20for%20any%20time%20of%20the%20year.%20I%E2%80%99m%20pretty%20confident%20that%20your%20friends%20and%20family%20wouldn%E2%80%99t%20even%20guess%20they%20were%20a%20Clean%20Eating%20alternative!%20I%20hope%20you%20love%20them%20as%20much%20as%20I%20do!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYOU%20MIGHT%20ALSO%20ENJOY:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EClean%20Eating%20Snickerdoodles%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E(Yield:%2010%20cookies)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDirections:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20the%20oven%20to%20350F%20and%20line%20a%20cookie%20sheet%20with%20some%20baking%20parchment%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlace%20the%20topping%20ingredients%20into%20a%20bowl%20and%20set%20aside%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlace%20the%20almond%20flour,%20baking%20soda%20and%20cinnamon%20into%20a%20mixing%20bowl%20and%20stir%20to%20combine.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20the%20maple%20syrup,%20cashew%20nut%20butter,%20almond%20milk%20and%20vanilla%20and%20give%20the%20whole%20thing%20a%20mix%20until%20thoroughly%20combined.%20(The%20dough%20will%20seem%20quite%20wet%20and%20sticky)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETake%20out%201%20Tablespoon%20of%20the%20mixture%20and%20with%20clean,%20dry%20hands%20roll%20the%20dough%20into%20a%20ball%20and%20place%20onto%20the%20parchment%20paper.%20(I%20washed%20and%20dried%20my%20hands%20in%20between%20each%20one)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERepeat%20this%20process%20until%20you%20have%20used%20up%20all%20of%20the%20mixture.%20It%20should%20make%20around%2010%20cookies.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOnce%20you%20have%20the%20cookie%20balls%20ready,%20gently%20press%20each%20one%20down%20into%20a%20%E2%80%98cookie%E2%80%99%20shape%20with%20your%20first%20two%20fingers.%20A%20little%20raised%20in%20the%20centre%20and%20slightly%20flatter%20around%20the%20edges.%20(The%20cookies%20won%E2%80%99t%20change%20shape%20much%20in%20the%20oven%20at%20all%20so%20this%20is%20the%20time%20to%20make%20them%20pretty!).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGive%20the%20topping%20mixture%20you%20prepared%20earlier%20a%20little%20mix,%20and%20sprinkle%20it%20over%20the%20top%20of%20the%20cookies,%20gently%20rubbing%20it%20with%20your%20fingers%20to%20make%20it%20stick.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECarefully%20shake%20off%20any%20excess%20topping%20mixture%20from%20the%20pan%20and%20then%20place%20the%20cookie%20sheet%20into%20the%20oven%20for%2010%20%E2%80%93%2015%20minutes.%20(Mine%20cooked%20in%2012%20minutes)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOnce%20golden%20brown,%20remove%20from%20the%20oven%20and%20place%20onto%20a%20wire%20rack%20to%20cool%20a%20little%20before%20serving.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENo%20nutrition%20data%20provided.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
