- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon mace
- 2 large, boneless, skinless, raw chicken breasts (about 7 ounces each)
- Salt to taste after cooking (this really does need it to bring out the flavors)
