  • 1 tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 tbsp. ground cumin
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce OR 12 oz. jar of your favorite clean salsa
  • 3 tbsp. freshly grated cheddar cheese (any cheese will work)
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Sodium: 447 mg (This will change drastically based on tomato sauce or salsa used.)
